Dragon’s Milk Celebration

For the longest time, it was a conference room. Then we bought the building and it became a temporary warehouse as I ferried in restaurant equipment. Then we opened up, and it became a recycling center. And a storage room.

And now, it is Prairieland Yoga. Wonderful Beer Wife has been hard at it lately, and yesterday, the studio opened. It looks great, and it’s a great addition to this little town. Enrollment surpassed our expectations and the first class was enthusiastically received.

Time for a toast. No lame chick beer for my girl’s accomplishment. Real chicks toast with something more boisterous than a raspberry wheat. No, no. It was a day for a little oak-aged stoutness: New Holland’s Dragon’s Milk.

Cheers, Michelle!
