Sweet site. I see we share lotsa favorites (and not just beers). While I started out writing about music (at least 3 cover stories about Flogging Molly alone), I turned my attention to beer. The result? “Red, White, and Brew: An American Beer Odyssey.” Out today from St. Martin’s Press. I’m doing a whole national promo tour (starting tonight at home in San Fran) and really kicking things off at GABF next week (you going?), then the rest of the country. I’m still into Stouts and Porters, but I’ve grown fond of IPAs in recent months. How about a post about IPAs? How they are made? Unique styles? Best brands?
