So true. It’s hard to walk the line between educator and snob. And since beer truly is a subjective thing, it’s even harder. I just usually assume that if people are proud for liking Newcastle, it’s subjective to them in that they’re only comparing it to PBR.

Ha ha. This rings worryingly true. My worst offense is saying: “Can we go somewhere else? There’s nothing here I can drink.” I don’t do this often — I usually make do with a pint of Guinness — but every now and then I stamp my foot and make myself look like a buffoon.
